The manual tally and selection of the precincts, which was scheduled for March 10, will commence at 9 a.m. at . The final counting of provisional and vote-by-mail ballots will commence at 1:30 p.m. at the same location.

Construction Advisory: East Side Sewer Repair

Temporary traffic control will be set up around the sewer manholes east of Hayworth Avenue. Cars will be able to drive around the work trucks at a reduced speed. Crews will be cleaning sewer lines, video inspecting sewer lines, and installing a cured-in-place liner that will rehabilitate existing sewer pipes through July 2011, said Donn Uyeno of the City’s Engineering Division.
