Monday's Scoop: Passover, Kosher Coconut Macaroons and a Coachella Reprise

The Jewish holiday, which commemorates the biblical story of Exodus, begins at sunset Monday evening, and continues until April 25. To accommodate people attending services and Passover Seders, the Department of Transportation plans to relax some parking restrictions while enforcing other safety violations.
