New Domain West Hollywood Apartments Open

The boutique complex features 166 units and 9,000 of ground-level retail space.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA – New boutique apartments are coming to West Hollywood from Trammell Crow Residential. The complex, Domain WeHo, includes 166 designer apartments and residences along with over 9,000 of ground floor retail. It's location on Santa Monica Blvd just east of Fairfax Avenue merges the energy and access of Los Angeles with the walkable neighborhoods and tree-lined streets of early Hollywood, the press release said.

Designed for creative professionals, cosmopolitan singles and couples, and anyone seeking urban attractions, Domain WeHo features many amenities including a rooftop retreat overlooking Hollywood Hills. With a walk score of 93, the complex is just minutes away from the Hollywood Hills, The Grove, iconic Melrose Ave., West Hollywood Farmers Market, and more.

“We are delighted to introduce Domain as the newest addition to West Hollywood’s East Side,” Garth Erdossy, senior managing director, TCR Southern California said in a statement. “The neighborhood is steeped in the romance of Old Hollywood, which inspired us to create a lifestyle experience that evokes the glamour of the past, but with a fresh, contemporary aesthetic. Our goal was to be both local in context, and global in appeal.”

The finishes and furnishings were created with references to classic Hollywood style. The building includes a three-story portal entry along Santa Monica Boulevard clad in bright red panels. Within the project there are a variety of communal gathering places, from a large amenity pool deck to a series of more intimate roof terraces, the press release said.

Units are arranged to maximize views to the surrounding Hollywood Hills, with the building stepping down towards the north to open residents' views with large private decks for all units. The first floor of the building features street facing residences with private patios along quieter side streets, and a cafe and market along Santa Monica Boulevard, providing urban amenities to residents and neighbors in this vibrant community, the press release said.
