Shred Juice Opens on Beverly
The new spot was founded by two former chefs at Mercato di Vetro, Eater LA reports.

West Hollywood has another juice option available, courtesy of a pair of former Mercato di Vetro chefs who've opened Shred Juice Monday on Beverly Boulevard, according to a post on Eater LA.
The new juice joint comes prepared with a variety of hand-tossed salads (such as the "WeHo Nicoise")Â along with offerings on the menu such as the "shaka-bra" (Granny Smith apple, coconut, mint, strawberry and watermelon). All ingredients hail from Southern California.
According to the Shred Juice website, the hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m, Saturday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. It's closed Sundays.
