The Hudson Launches New Winter Menu

West Hollywood's neighborhood staple adds seasonal dinner items and creative new cocktails to its bill of fare.

With the recent wave of blustery weather comes a seasonable carte du jour to . The Crescent Heights/Santa Monica Blvd. bar and eatery recently launched a new winter menu.

Dinner items include winter risotto with butternut squash and sage ($10), wild salmon with a tuscan white bean Spanish chorizo ragu ($19), grilled mahi in a white wine and brown sugar shallot reduction ($19), the market fish of the day in a white wine marinara broth ($18), and a gorgonzola burger ($13).

Three new cocktails were also added to the mix: the Spellbound, made with Jasmine-infused Grey Goose, sake, fresh mint and orange juice ($11); the Bedford—muddled house brandied cherries, combier cherry liqueur, lemon, hibiscus, and charged with soda ($11); M80 on the rocks with jalapeno tequila and a salt and pepper rim ($11); and the Satellite, made with Hudson’s own bosc pear infused rye whiskey ($11).
 
The Hudson, located at 1114 N. Crescent Heights Blvd., is open Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 2 a.m. View the new winter menu here. Reservations can be made by calling 323-654-6686.
