The 13th annual event will take place from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the West Hollywood Library.

Main Event: Disability Service Awards
The 2011 Non-Profit Award will be presented to The Amanda Foundation of Beverly Hills; the Lovedy Brydon Differently Abled Individual Award to Ric Rickles; the Business Award to LMS Health Partners ADHC; and the Media Award to The Disability Network. There will be entertainment and the event will also be shown live on Citychannel 10.

- A free Breast Cancer Educational Forum is taking place from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the National Council of Jewish Women located at 543 N. Fairfax Ave. The panel discussion will be moderated by West Hollywood Councilwoman Abbe Land, as well as panelists from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
- The city's Senior Advisory Board is meeting in the Community Conference Room of City Hall at 2 p.m. City Clerk Corey Schaffer will provide an orientation about Robert's Rules of Order and the Brown Act, David Kruskall from Jewish Vocational Services' WHEST job development program will discuss its move to the new library's Career Center, and the board will hear highlights from the Rent Stabilization Division's annual report.

- The National Weather Service predicts patchy fog before 11 a.m., with clouds through mid morning, then gradual clearing. West Hollywood will reach a high near 70, dropping to a low around 55.
