Volunteers Still Needed for West Hollywood Book Fair

The deadline to apply to volunteer is Sept. 13.

With the 13th annual West Hollywood Book Fair later this month, the City is getting prepared and has put out a call for additional volunteers. 

According to the press release, volunteers are needed for following:

  • "Staff information booths and welcome areas 
  • Serve as ushers and author escorts 
  • Assist with general set-up needs 
  • Staff performance stages"
Everyone is encouraged to apply. The deadline in Sept. 13 and there is a mandatory orientation session on Sept. 25 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and 28 noon to 1:30 p.m. The book fair is Sept. 29 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
