New York City publicist and writer Joseph Papa will discuss and sign his book, Elizabeth Taylor, A Passion for Life: The Wit and Wisdom of a Legend, 7 p.m. at . The anthology includes Taylor's first-person reflections on her childhood, career, love and marriages, and motherhood. A signed edition is available on the Book Soup website for $16.99.

  • The Bicycle Task Force meets at 6:30 p.m. in Rooms 5 and 6 of . On the agenda is an introduction of new Long Range Mobility Manager Melissa Antol and a presentation by Danny Roman of .
