Wednesday's Scoop: Legendary Bingo, Dan Crow and a Public Facilities Commission Meeting

Kids 6 months to 2 years old can enjoy stories, songs and rhymes at the Fairfax Branch Library (161 S. Gardner St.) at 10:30 a.m. Children ages 2-4 can partake in their story time at 11:30 a.m. As part of the annual celebrate at the , popular children’s musician Dan Crow will also perform. Call 323-936-6191 for more information. 

Public Facilities Commission Meeting 

The Commission is meeting in the City Hall Community Conference Room at 6:30 p.m. to schedule a tour of the new library project, discuss an Arbor Day celebration, as well as the Sal Guarriello Veterans' Memorial Water Feature Dedication. New business includes a Cultural Affairs update from Andrew Campbell and park and open space acquisition guidelines. For the full agenda, click here.
