This West Hollywood Burger Was Named One Of 'Best In LA'

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA – Since the first In-N-Out Burger opened in Baldwin Park in 1948, hamburgers in Los Angeles have only gotten better, fancier, and more creative. Bloomberg asked chefs and restauranteurs across two continents to name their favorite 12 burger joints around the LA area, and one of the dozen crowned "best burgers in LA" is right here in West Hollywood.

According to Bloomberg's top chefs, the best burger in West Hollywood can be found at Irv's Burgers, located at 7998 Santa Monica Blvd., West Hollywood. This hamburger joint was chosen by Liam O’Keefe, brand director of Bleecker Burger in London. His order is a double cheeseburger with chili cheese fries.

Irv's Burgers comes with the mission of "preserving a piece of classic post-World War II, Route 66 nostalgic history," according to the website.

“It is a really classic American burger, like nothing you would eat in England,” O'Keefe told Bloomberg. “And the hospitality is outstanding.”
