If it is true that the actions we take in this life will determine what the next life is going to be, then Karma, a wonderful, 6-year-old female American Staffie mix will have a fabulous next life. The volunteers at the Agoura Shelter want to find her a permanent home now so that this life can also be fabulous.
Karma came to the shelter as a stray on July 26 with another pup. They got along well, and now Karma needs a family of her own.
She is a calm, easy going girl, who loves being with people. She’s learned “sit,” “down,” “over” and “shake” while with us. She enjoys wading in our little pools and playing with the water.
Karma’s healthy and in great shape and would be terrific companion on hikes and maybe even jogging. Since she’s a stray, we don’t know if she is housebroken, but she always waits to get out of her kennel at the shelter to relieve herself, a good sign!
