A 10-month-old boy who nearly drowned was airlifted from the Canoga Park area to a hospital Thursday afternoon, according ot Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Thursday's airlift from Canoga Avenue and Victory Boulevard marks the second helicopter rescue of a child from that corner in the last week.
