Define: Select Committee on Growing Jobs in The SanFernandoValley
What Do the Committee's Statistics Indicate? Only Minimum Wage Sector Job Growth?

The problem is the Committee has no visible online reports, no statistics, no press releases, no quotas established and therefore none have been met, no goals and therefore no successes or failures.
The 45th District Assemblyman was appointed Chairman of the “Growing Jobs Committee”, within days of being sworn into office after a special-election. But the 45th District Assemblyman/Chairman has never worked in the SFV and he skirted compliance with residency requirements when he filed to run for office. So, he has no experience or familiarity with employers or prospecting to gain new jobs for residents in the district!

Perhaps the Chairman has no time to create a Press Release or visit the district to update employers and residents of the District about the basic dynamics of the Committee. However, the Chairman did find time to visit the District to re-enact his June 11th legal and official swearing-in ceremony.

The pre-election, September 27th, Woodland Hills re-enactment was extensively covered by the press as a “community swearing-in”. However, not disclosed was who sponsored the event. A political PAC. The RSVP was directed to PIFpac, with further descriptions as “consisting of State Farm and Allstate insurance agents and employees who support candidates dedicated to improving California’s property and casualty insurance industry". And "PifPac defeats bad politicians who want to pick your pocket and elects good legislative leaders to office" https://www.pifpac.org/events/...
Therefore, it is important to take a closer look at Justin Clark as a replacement for current mis-representation, of the 45th District, in the State Assembly. Justin Clark’s opinion of the corruption in Sacramento is seen on his website and here:
“Sacramento is plagued by corruption and those whose first duty is to special interest groups or their party. I will put the people of California and my constituents first, and work vigorously to do everything in my power to quell the corruption and work for the people. Our representatives must understand that they are public servants. Their duty is to better the state in a way that follows both our state's constitution and the will of their constituents.”
“I would also go one step further. All documents and bills posted online should have annotated versions that explain complicated and legal language to the average citizen. For too long, the politicians in Sacramento have thrived by keeping the public in the dark.”
“The truth is that I am an average person...a person who cares deeply about those around him and the community he lives in. I have grown increasingly frustrated with the lack of progress coming out of Sacramento at the expense of all of us Californians. While I may not be what one traditionally expects to find on the ballot, I am sensitive to the need for change.”
