LOS ANGELES, CA -- A SigAlert was issued Tuesday morning after a crash on a Los Angeles freeway. The incident was reported around 8:11 a.m. on westbound Highway 101 near Topanga Canyon Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP incident log said a motorcyclist and a car crashed, blocking the first lane.
