The victim lived above the coin-operated business in a Reseda strip mall.

A fire damaged a coin-operated laundry in a strip mall in Reseda today and left a man with a minor burn injury, authorities said.
Firefighters sent to the 7200 block of Reseda Boulevard at 6:36 a.m. extinguished the flames in about 20 minutes, said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
“One man apparently living in the attic space sustained a minor burn injury,” Humphrey said.
