Recognize These Brazen Woodland Hills Thieves?
Two men stole a delivery van in Woodland Hills and then spent a lot of time on camera unloading their plunder.
WOODLAND HILLS, CA — Two men who stole a delivery van in Woodland Hills last month unknowingly spent a lot of time on camera, and investigators are publicizing the footage in hope that someone will recognize them.
The theft took place around noon on Feb. 21. Security footage shows one suspect getting into a delivery van parked in the 20000 block of Delita Place, near Del Moreno Drive, and driving away, with the second suspect following in a white Ford Transit van, according to a statement from the Los Angeles Police Department. They drove to an unknown location where they removed some of the packages from the vehicle. There, security footage from the van clearly shows them transfering the stolen packages from the delivery van to a white Ford Transit van
The first suspect is described as white with brown hair, medium build, wearing a red and white flannel shirt and dark glasses. The second suspect is white, with a closely shaved head, thin build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a red T-shirt on top, police said.
