Roy's Celebrate's 30 Years!

The Hawaii experience is alive and well as ROY'S Woodland Hills, one of my FAVORITE restaurants, celebrates 30 years! Yes, it was 1988 when culinary pioneer ROY YAMAGUCHI created fusion cuisine at his original Roy's in Honolulu. Since then his Pacific Rim flavors have become sought after world wide. How fortunate we are in our little corner of the world to have this great team! From left, Chris Gross, Nik Wilcox, Chef Danny Rodriguez, Ricardo Perez, Manager Dean Connelly, and Moises Perez say "MAHALO" which means "ThankYou!" for being a part of their "OHANA" which means family.

Roy's excels in fine dining! The tablecloths are set, the napkins folded, and the candles lit in the cozy dining room in preparation for the dinner hour.
