Still Crazy After All these Years--The 2016 Employment Law Update!

Attorney Karen Gabler will present a half-day seminar on anticipated new employment laws for 2016 and 2015 cases and administrative rulings.

Karen Gabler, partner with the Camarillo employment law firm LightGabler LLP, will present a half-day seminar on anticipated new employment laws for 2016 as well as cases and administrative rulings decided in 2015. The seminar is Thursday morning, November 5 and is sponsored by the San Fernando Valley Employer Advisory Council (EAC).

In her seminar, “Still Crazy After All these Years—The 2016 Employment Law Update!,” Gabler will discuss revised regulations under the California Family Rights Act, new sick leave rules, new employee handbook policy guidelines, OSHA heat regulations, the courts’ effort to unwind employment arbitration agreements and new legislation going into effect in 2016.

Gabler has over 23 years of experience counseling businesses in all aspects of employment law. She serves as an employment law expert for over 600 businesses of all sizes and industries, providing counsel to management and conducting training programs for both management and employees.
