A vehicle hit a power pole, according to power company representatives.

WOODLAND HILLS, CA --- A vehicle struck a power pole in the Woodland Hills area today, knocking out electricity to 776 customers for several hours, authorities said.
The accident was reported about 4:20 a.m. at Platt Avenue and Burbank Boulevard, the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power said.
Crews restored service to most customers by about 8:35 a.m., and all service was restored by 9:07 a.m., the LADWP reported.
