When Presumptive Selling Becomes Assertive, Arrogant, & Bullying

Presumptive-Selling is often touted as the means to demonstrate to a prospect (you), the agent of a company knows the product and knows what is best for said client.

However, the fine line between being assertive and bullying was one of the motives for various State agencies to protect Seniors from unscrupulous sales people when they purchased or contracted for anything over a designated dollar amount or value.

So, when a candidate, in a public appeal to voters, arrogantly proclaims, not merely asserts, the ownership of the legislative branch of California Government; one wonders what other unscrupulous techniques are being administered against the constituents.
