Colorado Easter 2020: Grocery Stores Open, Closed
Target, Trader Joe's and other major grocery stores in Colorado will close on Easter Sunday to give essential workers a day off.

Easter Sunday will be the first day off for many grocery store employees who have been deemed as essential workers during the new coronavirus outbreak.
The holiday will also be the first day that multiple major grocery stores will be closed in Colorado since the coronavirus crisis began in the United States.

Trader Joe’s announced the Easter Sunday closure of its stores nationwide on its website, “to give our incredible Crew Members a much-needed day of rest.”

However, many grocery stores are also choosing to remain open on April 12. Here are the food/drug stores that have said they will be open for business on Easter Sunday:

- CVS
- Duane Reade
- Giant
- Kmart
- Kroger
- Rite-Aid
- ShopRite
- Walmart
- Whole Foods
