ESTES PARK, CO — The most expensive home listing in the Estes Park area — the Bear Gulch Ranch — is asking $14.8 million. The property, at 8501 Highway 7, features a 320-acre lot, ten bathrooms, nine bedrooms and a nine-car garage.

The ranch was established in 1909 by Enos Mills, the main figure behind the creation of Rocky Mountain National Park.

The ranch includes three separate buildings — a 5,200-square-foot main house, a 2,300-square-foot bunkhouse and a 2,500-square-foot farmhouse.

Each building is "doomsday proof" — they have generators that allow them to run with "full, uncompromised electrical function," listing agents said.
