ASPEN, CO — An Aspen property that was once owned by one of the ski town's most famous developers remains on the market for $46 million.

Stern died in 2008, and he was inducted into the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame in 2016.

The Aspen Times called Stern a "visionary man who directly influenced Aspen's luxury real estate market and set the bar for ski-resort service."

Stern's Starwood property, which was built in 2004, includes the 13,175-square-foot main house, two ponds, a guest house, two caretakers homes, an apartment and other facilities.
