107-Unit Townhome Development Being Built In Arvada
Townhomes priced in the "mid-300s" are being build in a special neighborhood of the Candalas HOA community.
ARVADA, CO – A new 107-unit townhome development in Arvada is among the new building projects reported by Greenwood Village-based Century Communities that are planned for "mid-300s" housing, according to a report by Denver Business Journal.
"Parkview at Candelas" is pre-selling townhome units for between $349,950-$369,950 in their planned development in the 9200-9300 blocks of Garnett Way. The units have either two or three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, according to the company's website. The two-story homes have two-car garages which are "rear‐loaded off alleys."
The development was approved by the City of Arvada in 2016 and 2017.
