2 Hospitalized After Shooting In Arvada

Two people were injured in a shooting on Pierce Street, Arvada police said.

ARVADA, CO — Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Thursday night in Arvada.

Two people were hospitalized after an exchange of gunfire in the 6600 block of Pierce Street, police said. The extent of their injuries was not known.

"Suspects reportedly arrived in a vehicle and fired several shots," the Arvada Police Department said in a tweet posted at 10:20 p.m.
