Arvada Firefighters Rescue Cat From Tree
"It's true! Firefighters do rescue cats from trees!" the fire department said.
ARVADA, CO — While basking in sunlight high above the neighborhood seems only natural in this warmer weather, a local cat may think twice before scaling another tall tree. The poor feline got stuck about two stories up and had to be rescued by local firefighters, according to the Arvada Fire Department.
A firefighter had to climb an extra-tall ladder and coax the poor cat into his arms, then carry his new four-legged friend down to safety.
Cat and owner were reunited and many thanked the firefighters for their rescue.
