Arvada Neighborhood Survey For Spring 2021: What To Know
The city's neighborhood engagement team has launched a survey for Arvadans that will help gauge the strength of the community.

ARVADA, CO — In a crisis, do Arvadans have each other's backs? The city's biannual neighborhood survey aims to find out how connected you feel to fellow residents.
The data that's collected will help to develop the Arvada Neighborhood Social Cohesion Index — a tool that will help the city decide which resources can build community resilience, officials said. The initiative was created after research from New Jersey's Superstorm Sandy found that strong connections between neighbors are very important for disaster recovery.
"We are all navigating the recovery process from a major disruption to our lives, COVID-19," the city's neighborhood engagement team said in a statement on the survey webpage.
