The price tag for Arvada's most expensive single-family home listing has dropped significantly.

ARVADA, CO — The most expensive single-family home listing in Arvada has dropped from $1,589,000 to $1,499,000. Built in 2003, the 8,300-square-foot home features a theater room, a wet bar, a wine cellar and an exercise room.

The property, at 7354 Nile St., also includes a carriage house with a full bathroom, efficiency kitchen and balcony; a four-car garage, a matching barn and a steel fence corral.

The house is one block away from an Open Space horse trail, and the property has been "water zoned" for two horses.
