ARVADA, CO — Arvada's oldest home listing hit the market Thursday for $749,900. Built in 1912, the four-bedroom house has been in the same family for 98 years, listing agents said.

The .81-acre property, at 5551 Allison St., sits within walking distance of Olde Town Arvada.
