Snow is expected to fall in metro Denver Monday afternoon, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service.

Snow is "likely" after 2 p.m., weather officials said. The chance of precipitation is 70 percent.

You can expect a mostly cloudy sky, with a high around 37. Wind could gust up to 20 mph, the agency said.

A low around 24 can be expected Monday evening, and snow is "likely," mainly before 10 p.m., officials said. The wind will become calmer, and the chance of precipitation is 60 percent.
