Tuesday Pollution Forecast For Metro Denver
Public health officials have released an air quality forecast for the Front Range.

Air quality in metro Denver and Boulder is expected to improve Tuesday, however pollution and wildfire smoke could affect those who are sensitive in some Front Range regions, public health officials said.
Fine particulate matter concentrations from wildfire smoke are expected to be in the 'good' to 'moderate' categories in metro Denver and Boulder, according to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
"Unusually sensitive people should consider reducing prolonged or heavy exertion," the agency said in an air quality advisory.

Visibility along the Front Range is expected to be 'good' to 'moderate' Tuesday, public health officials said.
Ozone concentrations are also expected to be in the 'good' to 'moderate' range, so unusually sensitive people should consider reducing prolonged or heavy outdoor exertion.

Carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide levels are expected to remain in the 'good' category on Tuesday, health officials said.
Parts of central and western Larimer County could see periods of moderate to heavy smoke through Tuesday morning, due to their proximity to the Mullen and Cameron Peak wildfires.
