2019 Downtown Boulder Tulip, Fairy & Elf Parade Is April 7
Come wake up the tulips and enjoy costumes, face painting, cookie decorating, nature activities and a free kids yoga class.

BOULDER, CO -- Whether you are a kid, an adult who likes dressing up like a fairy, or just a voyeur who enjoys seeing the whole city decked out in sparkles, the annual Downtown Boulder Tulip, Fairy & Elf Parade is not an event to miss. This year's edition is scheduled for Sunday, April 7, with a rain date of April 14.
The Tulip Fairy will parade along the Pearl Street Mall, waking up the tulips to ring in the spring season in Boulder. Activities will include cookie decorating, foam sword fighting, face painting, nature activities and wildlife safety, art projects and more.
New this year, prAna will be hosting a kids' yoga class on the courthouse lawn from 3–4 p.m., and the first annual Colorado Soapbox Science event will take place during the Festival from 1 - 4 p.m. on the 1400 block of Pearl. Participants will be able to learn more about a variety of topics from Gummie Bears & Genes to making environmentally-friendly chemicals.
