Boulder Community Raises More Than $400K For Feed The Frontlines

Boulder community members are stepping up to help feed healthcare workers and support local independent restaurants.

BOULDER, CO — An initiative to help healthcare workers and independent restaurants in Boulder has raised more than $400,000 since it was launched.

Feed The Frontlines Boulder is providing meals to front line healthcare workers in the city from independent local restaurants. The initiative's organizers partnered with Boulder Community Health to coordinate the program.

More than $200,000 was raised by Brad Feld and Amy Batchelor, Dan and Cindy Caruso, John Goldsmith, and an anonymous donor to start the program. The funding covers the first 30 days of meals for the hospital, but community members have donated another $200,000 to "keep meals flowing" for at least 60 days.
