BOULDER, CO — Since the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis over a year ago, a global movement has been underway for police reform and racial justice. Many Colorado law enforcement agencies have already made policy changes, and the Boulder Police Department is developing a roadmap for change.

The department is also updating its master plan, which "will serve as a vision for the future setting forth goals on how the police department will serve the community," the city of Boulder said in a news release.

The department is seeking public feedback in a series of virtual meetings.
