Boulder's Historic Morrison-McKenzie House: Photos

Take a look inside this Queen Anne Victorian home, which was built in 1877.

BOULDER, CO — Around 144 years ago, the Morrison-McKenzie house was built in Boulder, and it's been turning heads ever since.

The Queen Anne Victorian home sits on just over half of an acre — the second-largest lot on Mapleton Hill — at 809 Pine St.

John Morrison, who worked in the hardware and mining industries, had the home designed and built in 1877 by local architect E.H. Dimick. The McKenzie family then lived in the home for more than 60 years.
