CU South Annexation Proposal Draft Agreement Set For Release
The city of Boulder and the university are negotiating the annexation of CU South and seeking public feedback.

BOULDER, CO — A draft annexation agreement for the University of Colorado Boulder South property is set to be released in July, officials said.
The university applied for permission to annex its CU South land into the city of Boulder in an effort to expand its campus in the location. The land would be under the city's jurisdiction, but the city wouldn't own the site.
Under the draft agreement, the university agreed to allow the city to construct a flood mitigation system, and extend utility services to the site.
