Denver's Avanti Food And Beverage Coming To Pearl Street In 2019

The popular eatery and its innovative food hall concept is set to arrive at the former Cheesecake Factory location later this year.

BOULDER, CO -- If you have been crying over the 2018 departure of Boulder's Cheesecake Factory, it's time to dry your tears. Denver's Avanti Food and Beverage will be bringing its unique food hall concept to the now-vacant 1401 Pearl Street location. According to a report from Eater Denver, Avanti will open its new location with two bars, six independent restaurant stalls, a rooftop deck, and a coffee and pastry shop.

Avanti has been operating in Denver's LoHi district since 2015. The Denver location is home to seven different restaurant concepts, each housed in a modified shipping container. Current Denver tenants include American Grind, Bistro Georgette, BorraCho Taco, Brava! Pizzeria della Strada, QuickFish, Quiero Arepas, and The Rotary.

“We have been actively seeking space in downtown Boulder for quite some time,” Patrick O’Neill, Avanti co-founder, said in a statement. “The former Cheesecake Factory space supports our core incubator model, and the views spanning from the Flatirons to Sanitas on our rooftop deck are spectacular.”
