- Centro Mexican Kitchen (10 a.m.–2 p.m.) - For an affordable and creative choice, try Cento's Easter brunch, with specials like a smoked salmon Benedict or a barbacoa taco platter (both $15). The full traditional brunch menu will also be available. Reservations recommended.
- SAMPLES (10 a.m.–4 p.m.) A top Longmont pick, SAMPLES will offer a full Easter buffet including prime rib, avocado cream cheese toast, a full variety of breakfast pastries and more. $30/adults, $13/kids 4–8.
