BOULDER, CO — A new food hall featuring a diverse lineup of restaurants is slated to open in Boulder in early October, according to reports. Rosetta Hall, located at 1109 Walnut St., will house a West African restaurant, a patisserie, a French bistro, Pan-Asian street food, Mexican-Korean cooking and more.
Rosetta Hall will feature a total of 10 restaurants and two bars, including a rooftop lounge and raw bar, according to the Denver Post. Many of the restaurants will be led by first-time operators, giving diners a chance to experience new tastes. At night, the venue will turn into late night space for dancing and entertainment.
CEO Donovan Greene said the hall is designed to act as a restaurant incubator of sorts. Greene and his partners will handle all operating costs in exchange for a flat percentage of profits.
