New Restaurant CAVA Set To Open In Boulder
The 'fast-casual' Mediterranean restaurant CAVA Boulder is set to open on 29th Street.
BOULDER, CO — The Washington, D.C.-based restaurant chain CAVA is opening a new location in Boulder July 10. The Mediterranean fast food eateries are known for their customizable salads and house-made juices.
CAVA Boulder will be opening its doors at 1695 29th Street, Suite 1248, near 28th and Canyon.
The chain includes more than 95 locations nationwide, and other locations are planned for Westminster, Highlands Ranch and Fort Collins in the coming months.

To celebrate the CAVA Boulder opening, the restaurant is hosting two ticketed events July 8 and 9. Boulderites are invited to try a free lunch or dinner.
