Paving On 95th Street In Boulder Causes Delays
N. 95th Street is down to a single lane between Lookout Road and Plateau Road while paving is underway.
BOULDER, CO — Final paving operations are underway on N. 95th Street between Lookout Road and Plateau Road. The paving, which is part of the 95th Street Reconstruction Project, is expected to last until the week of Nov. 18, weather permitting.
The road has been reduced to a single-lane and alternative routes are advised during working hours, which are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
When crews are paving through the 95th Street intersections with Lookout Road, Niwot Road, and Oxford Road, east-west travel will be slow as the asphalt must be allowed to cool before vehicles can safely travel across the surface, officials said. Delays at these locations could last up to 30 minutes during paving.
