Shake Shack Opens 1st Boulder Location

The popular burger chain opened a new restaurant in Boulder that overlooks the Flatirons.

BOULDER, CO — Shake Shack opened its first Boulder restaurant Friday near the University of Colorado Boulder's east campus. The new spot is Colorado's fifth Shake Shack location.

The restaurant donated $1 for every check on opening day to the Colorado Healing Fund in the wake of the deadly shooting in Boulder.

“We hope the features of this Shack resonate with the Boulder lifestyle, including a great patio overlooking the Flatirons, a Shack Track walk-up window for ease of pickup, and our Green Chile CheddarShack paired with local beers,” said Andrew McCaughan, Chief Development Officer of Shake Shack.
