Snow By Wednesday After Warm Start To Week: Boulder Weather

High near 50 today with a chance of gusty winds.

BOULDER, CO -- The weekend's warm weather will continue today with highs approaching 50, according to forecasts from the National Weather Service. Those warm temperatures will be accompanied by gusty winds that will taper off throughout the day.

Boulder's next chance for snow will come Tuesday night into Wednesday. Accumulation totals haven't been forecasted yet, but the storm is likely to last throughout the day on Wednesday and bring frigid temperatures — temperatures Wednesday night will dip into the single digits and highs for Thursday are predicted to top out in the mid-20s.

Monday, Feb. 4 - Mostly sunny with a high of 54, breezy early with winds gusting up to 21 mph. Overnight low of 28.

Tuesday, Feb. 5 - Mostly sunny with a high near 45 and light winds. Overnight low of 25 with a slight chance of snow showers after midnight.

Wednesday, Feb. 6 - Snow showers likely, especially in the afternoon, with a high near 35. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Overnight low of 7.

Thursday, Feb. 7 - Partly sunny with a high near 27. Overnight low around 11.
