Weekend Robbery On CU Campus: Police

BOULDER, CO -- A woman was by the southwest corner of the Hale Science Building at 1350 Pleasant St. on the University of Colorado-Boulder campus Friday night when a man appeared from behind a bush and demanded money, she told police later that evening. According to a news release from the CU Police Department, the incident occurred at about 9:30 p.m., and the man did not show or mention a weapon.

The suspect is reported to be a light-skinned male in his 20s, approximately 6' 1" tall, with a short, brown beard. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled up.
