BOULDER, CO — Many services, agencies and government offices in Boulder will be closed on Monday.

The mayor's office, city council offices, clerk and recorder's office, auditor's office and most city agencies will be closed in Boulder.

Residential trash and recycle collection during the week of July 5 will be delayed by one day.

• Costco: All Costco locations are open on July 5
