$5.7M 107-Room Extended Stay Hotel Planned For Broomfield
A Dallas-based real estate firm plans to build a new hotel on Zang Street, according to the company's website.

BROOMFIELD, CO — A Dallas-based hotel building plans to construct a 107-room extended stay hotel in Broomfield, with construction to begin in spring, 2019.
As first reported in Bizwest, Fayth Hospitality Group LLC announced that they had raised $1.47 million for the construction of a Home2 Suites by Hilton in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The hotel is planned for 505 Zang St. in Broomfield, near other hotels the Renaissance Boulder Flatiron, and the Residence Inn by Marriott Boulder. The company seeks to raise $5.7 million, the magazine reported.
