Broomfield's 8000 Uptown Apartment Complex Sells For $95 Million
Luxury apartment compound with 360 units in 19 3-story buildings averaged sale price of $264K per unit, BizWest reports

BROOMFIELD, CO — BizWest reports that the 8000 Uptown Apartments in Broomfield sold for $95 million, or $264,000 per unit, according to public records. The buyer's broker was identified as Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Inc., of Oak Brook, Illinois.
The 14-acre site was developed by the Wolff Company of Scottsdale, Arizona, with 380 high-end apartment units clustered in nineteen three-story "tuck under" buildings as part of the Arista Master Plan for a transit-oriented community near the 1st Bank Center.

at least nine-foot ceilings, stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, oversized windows, a washer and dryer and a private balcony or patio. Community amenities include a clubhouse with coffee and beer on tap, fitness center, business center, playground, resident lounge and a resort-style heated swimming pool.
According to Bizwest, the development's units were more than 90-percent sold at the time of sale.
