Denver Doctor's Child Porno Arrest: Police Seek Other Victims
The FBI is asking the public to help with investigation of possible production of child porn by Justin Neisler, who practiced in Westminster
DENVER, CO – Federal investigators and the FBI are asking the public's help in the investigation of a 31-year-old Denver-area family doctor who was arrested last week and accused of taking photos of naked boys.
Justin Bowen Neisler is being held for proceedings after being taken into custody March 13, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
With a warrant, agents raided Neisler's Denver home in the 200 block of South Harrison Street in Denver in The Gardens at Cherry Creek apartment complex. The FBI got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) that someone using an IP address associated with Neisler uploaded "sexually explicit videos and/or images of children," onto the Tumblr website, a statement from the USAO's office said.

Neisler "admitted to surreptitiously videotaping" naked boys during physical examinations, according to an arrest document. Boys were as young as 11 years old.
Neisler faces between five and 20 years in prison and up to a $250,000 fine, according to the USAO.

Neisler is licensed to practice medicine in Colorado and Georgia since 2016. He was working for the Centura Health and HCA-HealthONE networks, the USAO said. Neisler worked at the Family Residency Program at St. Anthony North Family Medicine 84th Clinic in Westminster. Neisler was fired after his arrest, the company said.
“We are troubled by these allegations which are in stark contrast to our mission and core values,” a statement from Centura Health said. “There is simply no place for any behavior that exploits children in our community, or for any individual that circumvents the systems and processes we have in place to ensure their safety.”
The hospital told the Denver Post that Neisler had been working there for nine months. The hospital said they would inform all of their patients who had contact with Neisler at the Westminster location and that they were cooperating with investigators.
Federal investigators believe there may be other victims and that Neisler may have produced child pornography. They are asking anyone with information to contact the FBI by sending an email to DENVERMD@FBI.GOV or by calling 303-629-7171 x 1.
