Elevations Credit Union Sells Office, Consolidates In Broomfield

The credit union sold its 60,000-square-foot Boulder office and plans to consolidate in Broomfield.

BROOMFIELD, CO — Elevations Credit Union has sold a Boulder office building in a move to consolidate into its Broomfield location, according to Dean Callan & Co. The 60,030-square-foot Boulder office, at 2300 55th St., was sold for $12,157,600.

The building was sold to the California-based company Trimble, which develops Global Navigation Satellite System receivers, rangefinders, unmanned aerial vehicles and software processing tools.

Elevations, a not-for-profit credit union, has over $1.7 billion in assets and more than 117,000 members, according to the National Credit Union Administration.

The credit union will consolidate its Boulder office into its Broomfield Interlocken location, Dean Callan & Co. said in a news release.
