Elevations Credit Union Sells Office, Consolidates In Broomfield

BROOMFIELD, CO — Elevations Credit Union has sold a Boulder office building in a move to consolidate into its Broomfield location, according to Dean Callan & Co. The 60,030-square-foot Boulder office, at 2300 55th St., was sold for $12,157,600.

The building was sold to the California-based company Trimble, which develops Global Navigation Satellite System receivers, rangefinders, unmanned aerial vehicles and software processing tools.

Elevations, a not-for-profit credit union, has over $1.7 billion in assets and more than 117,000 members, according to the National Credit Union Administration.

The credit union will consolidate its Boulder office into its Broomfield Interlocken location, Dean Callan & Co. said in a news release.

Elevations Credit Union serves Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Jefferson, Larimer and Weld counties.

Trimble sells its products to many industries, including construction, agriculture, telecommunications, transportation and mobile resource management.
