Gas Line Break Fixed In Broomfield
Traffic returned to normal after teams from Xcel Energy fixed a gas line break at Uptown Avenue and Parkland Street, police said.

BROOMFIELD, CO – Traffic returned to normal Monday after a building was evacuated for a gas line break in Broomfield Monday.
The gas line was fixed and traffic opened up around 2:10 p.m., Broomfield police tweeted.
North Metro Fire tweeted about the incident and Uptown Avenue and Parkland Street around 10 a.m. Police evacuated a commercial building at 11214 Colony Row, about three blocks west of the event center. Police asked that traffic avoid the area.
